Order Processing and Shipping Information:

• Local Deliveries (UAE): Orders typically require 3-4 days from the date of production to be delivered within the UAE.
• International Shipping: For international orders, please allow 3-4 production days and 2-4 business days for delivery to your international address.
• Custom One-of-a-Kind Products: Certain products featured as 'one-of-a-kind' include a specific product note indicating an extended production timeframe. Due to their custom nature, these unique items require an additional working week beyond the standard production time.

Shipping Method: 

Worldwide deliveries are managed by our affiliate courier DHL.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

We process and send orders from Monday to Friday during our main service hours, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm Gulf Standard Time (UTC/GMT +4 Hours). Kindly note that we do not operate on UAE public holidays.

International Orders Notice: Customs Duty Charges

Please note that for all international orders outside the UAE, customs duty charges may apply. These charges will be determined and added by the shipping courier and should be covered by the customer or receiver of the goods upon delivery. The amount varies depending on the destination country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
